Going for another massage this afernoon. My shoulders/neck are so tender right now. And I'm just generally sore all over. I'm very excited!

I talked to my sister last night. It sounds like she had a really awesome time in South Africa. I can't wait to see her pictures and hear more about her trip next weekend (going home)!!

I need to go work on some scrapbooking and run a couple errands before my massage.
